Sec. 61.065. DEPOSIT OF PENALTY. The commission shall deposit a penalty collected under this subchapter in the unemployment compensation special administration fund established under Subchapter E, Chapter 203. Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 269, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
