Sec. 82.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter: (1) "Employee benefit plan" includes: (A) a retirement benefits plan; (B) a death benefits plan; and (C) a savings plan. (2) "Employer" includes a former employer. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 76, Sec. 9.19(a), eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
