Sec. 101.003. APPROPRIATIONS; PAYMENTS. The governing body of the municipality may appropriate money and provide for the payment of municipal debts and expenses. Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 149, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1987.
