Sec. 102.002. ANNUAL BUDGET REQUIRED. The budget officer shall prepare each year a municipal budget to cover the proposed expenditures of the municipal government for the succeeding year. Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 149, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1987.
