Sec. 151.003. OFFICERS MAKE APPOINTMENTS. After the entry of the commissioners court's order, the officer applying for the employees may appoint them. Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 149, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1987.
