Sec. 152.053. RECORD OF NONPAYMENT. The county payroll officer shall make an entry in the payroll records of the county to show each pay period for which the officer is not paid. Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 149, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1987.
