Sec. 262.006. LEAST COST REVIEW PROGRAM. The commissioners court of a county may establish a least cost review program for public improvements to be constructed by the use of personnel, equipment, or facilities of the county that may exceed a cost of: (1) $100,000; or (2) an amount less than $100,000 as determined by the commissioners court.
