Sec. 281.093. CONFLICT WITH MUNICIPAL CHARTER. If this subchapter conflicts with the charter of a home-rule municipality contracting under this subchapter, this subchapter controls. Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 149, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1987.
