Sec. 308.001. DEFINITION. In this chapter, "band" means a band composed of musical instruments recognized in the standard instrumentation established for use in United States Army bands. Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 149, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1987.
