Sec. 320.028. SEAL. The board shall adopt a seal, and the seal shall be placed on each lease, deed, or other instrument usually executed under seal and on any other instrument as required by the board. Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 149, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1987. SUBCHAPTER C. POWERS AND DUTIES
