Tex. Local Government Code § 326.050

Sec. 326.050. LIBRARY DIRECTOR. The board may employ a library director to administer the affairs of the district under policies established by the board. The board shall set the compensation of the library director. Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1204, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
