Sec. 343.012. CONTRACT WITH SCHOOL DISTRICTS. (a) The municipality may contract with one or more school districts to provide school crossing guards. (b) Under a contract, a school district may provide school crossing guard services to an area of the municipality that is not a part of the school district.
