Sec. 51.034. AUTHORITY TO HOLD AND DISPOSE OF PROPERTY. The municipality may hold and dispose of: (1) personal property; and (2) real property located within the municipal boundaries. Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 149, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1987.
