Sec. 62.081. PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS. A person who has a claim against an abolished municipality must present a verified statement of the amount of the claim to the receiver within six months after the date the receiver is appointed. Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 149, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1987.
