Sec. 115.011. TENDER REQUIREMENTS. The commission by order may require that a tender be obtained before oil or a petroleum product may be transported or received for transportation by pipeline, railway, boat, or barge. Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 166, Sec. 7, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
