Sec. 123.004. PERMIT COPY REQUIRED. A permit holder who takes possession of drill cuttings from the person who generated the drill cuttings shall provide to the generator a copy of the holder's permit. Added by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 351 (H.B. 1331), Sec. 3, eff. September 1, 2015.
