Sec. 21.011. SURVEYS OF PUBLIC LAND. Each survey of public land shall be made under authority of law and by a surveyor duly appointed, elected, or licensed and qualified. Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2355, ch. 871, art. I, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1977.
