Sec. 211.011. JURISDICTION. The commission has jurisdiction over all salt dome storage of hazardous liquids and over salt dome storage facilities used for the storage of hazardous liquids. Added by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 949, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
