Sec. 32.017. SECRETARY OF THE BOARD. (a) The board shall select a secretary from persons nominated by the commissioner. (b) The person selected as secretary shall be approved by a majority of the board. Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2378, ch. 871, art. I, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1977.
