Sec. 51.343. RULES. Subject to the provisions of this chapter, the commissioner shall adopt rules for the sale of timber which are considered necessary and judicious. Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2441, ch. 871, art. I, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1977.
