Sec. 51.344. APPLICATION TO PURCHASE TIMBER. An application to purchase timber shall be made in the manner provided for filing an application to purchase land. Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2441, ch. 871, art. I, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1977.
