Sec. 51.404. TITLE SECURITY. (a) Real property acquired under this chapter shall be conveyed to the state by warranty deed. (b) The board may purchase or acquire title insurance for any real property purchased under this chapter. Added by Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 624, Sec. 40.
