Sec. 51.502. SOURCE OF GRANT MONEY. A grant under this subchapter shall be made from money collected for surface damages under Sections 52.297 and 53.155. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1091, Sec. 31, eff. June 20, 2003.
