Sec. 52.074. SIZE OF TRACT. Subject to the conditions in this subchapter, riverbeds and channels shall be leased in tracts of the size determined by the board. Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2450, ch. 871, art. I, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1977.
