Sec. 52.087. DETERMINATION OF LEASE PRICE AND DELAY RENTALS. The board shall determine the price at which riverbeds and channels shall be leased and the amount of delay rentals that shall be charged. Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2452, ch. 871, art. I, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1977.
