Sec. 81.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter: (1) "Commission" means the Railroad Commission of Texas. (2) "Commissioner" means any member of the Railroad Commission of Texas. Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2508, ch. 871, art. I, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1977.
