Sec. 1001.504. COLLECTION OF PENALTY. If the person does not pay the administrative penalty and the enforcement of the penalty is not stayed, the executive director may refer the matter to the attorney general for collection. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 1, eff. June 1, 2003.
