Sec. 101.006. BUDGET. The council shall adopt an annual budget that is funded by a prorated assessment paid by the regulatory agencies listed in Section 101.002. Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
