Sec. 102.053. EXCEPTION FOR CERTAIN ADVERTISING. Section 102.051 does not prohibit: (1) placement in a newspaper of an advertisement of the person's profession, business, or place of business; or (2) advertisement by handbill and payment for services in distributing the handbill.
