Sec. 153.001. ADOPTION OF RULES. The board may adopt rules and bylaws as necessary to: (1) govern its own proceedings; (2) perform its duties; (3) regulate the practice of medicine in this state; and (4) enforce this subtitle. Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
