Sec. 2003.102. INSPECTION. A municipality may inspect a vessel docked in the municipality to determine if the vessel is operated in compliance with Chapter 47, Penal Code, a municipal ordinance, or other law. Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
