Sec. 262.101. BOARD POWERS AND DUTIES. The board shall: (1) administer this chapter; and (2) regulate all matters concerning dental hygienists and the practice of dental hygiene. Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
