Sec. 353.102. ACCURACY REQUIRED. A person who dispenses contact lenses under this chapter from a contact lens prescription shall fill the prescription accurately subject to Section 353.103. Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
