Sec. 403.102. ISSUANCE OF LICENSE. The department shall issue a licensed dyslexia practitioner or licensed dyslexia therapist license to an applicant who meets the requirements of this chapter. Added by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1255 (H.B. 461), Sec. 1, eff. September 1, 2009.
