Sec. 651.258. LICENSE ISSUANCE. On issuance of a funeral director's license or an embalmer's license under this chapter, a majority of the commission members shall sign the license. The license authorizes the license holder to practice embalming, funeral directing, or both. Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
