Sec. 801.152. EXCEPTIONS TO RULE. (a) The board may consider an exception to a rule adopted by the board on the request of a person subject to board regulation. (b) After notice and hearing, the board may approve an exception to a board rule. Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
