Sec. 22.026. MATURITY OF BONDS. The bonds may mature, serially or otherwise, not more than 40 years from the date of their issuance. Acts 1975, 64th Leg., p. 1405, ch. 545, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1975.
