Sec. 22.058. REGULATIONS. The department shall adopt regulations, forms, and contracts for the sale of iron ore and protection of the income produced from the sale. Acts 1975, 64th Leg., p. 1405, ch. 545, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1975.
