Sec. 77.003. DISPOSITION OF FUNDS. Money received for licenses issued under this chapter or fines for violations of this chapter shall be remitted to the department by the 10th day of the month following the date of collection. Acts 1975, 64th Leg., p. 1405, ch. 545, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1975.
