Sec. 81.208. EFFECTIVE DATE OF PROCLAMATION. The proclamation takes effect on the day of the last publication of the notice required by Section 81.207(2) of this code. Acts 1975, 64th Leg., p. 1405, ch. 545, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1975.
