Sec. 161.024. RECORDS. A bank holding a security under Section 161.021, whether in registered or bearer form, at all times shall keep records showing the ownership of the security. Acts 1983, 68th Leg., p. 3716, ch. 576, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 1984.
