Sec. 221.004. CONFLICTS OF LAW. (a) The provisions of this chapter prevail over a conflicting or inconsistent provision of law applicable to timeshare owners' associations. (b) Provisions of this code relating to property owners' associations do not apply to an association subject to this chapter. Added by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1352 (S.B. 1372), Sec. 5, eff.
