Sec. 61.005. DISCHARGE OF LIEN. If the property to which a lien created under this chapter attaches is paid jointly to the mortgagee and the mortgagor, the lien is discharged. Added by Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 171, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1989.
