Sec. 81.003. APPLICABILITY OF LOCAL ORDINANCES AND REGULATIONS. (a) A planning or zoning commission of a county or municipality may adopt regulations governing condominium regimes that supplement this chapter. (b) A local zoning ordinance must be construed to treat similar structures, lots, or parcels in a similar manner regardless of whether the property is a condominium or is leased.
