Sec. 1002.002. AUTHORITY FOR CREATION. The Angleton-Danbury Hospital District of Brazoria County, Texas, is created under the authority of Section 9, Article IX, Texas Constitution. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1277, Sec. 1, eff. April 1, 2005.
