Vacancy

Sec. 1003.053. VACANCY. If a vacancy occurs in the office of director, the remaining directors shall appoint a director for the remainder of the unexpired term. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1277, Sec. 1, eff. April 1, 2005.
