Sec. 1003.253. INTEREST, PENALTIES, AND DISCOUNTS. Interest, penalties, and discounts on taxes paid to the district shall be the same as for county taxes. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1277, Sec. 1, eff. April 1, 2005.
