Sec. 1049.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter: (1) "Board" means the board of directors of the district. (2) "Commissioners court" means the Commissioners Court of Kimble County. (3) "Director" means a member of the board. (4) "District" means the Kimble County Hospital District of Kimble County, Texas. Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.02, eff.
