Sec. 1092.055. OFFICERS. The board shall elect from among its members a president, a secretary, and a treasurer at the first board meeting held after a directors' election. Added by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1139 (H.B. 2619), Sec. 1.01, eff. April 1, 2011.
