Sec. 11001.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter: (1) "Board" means the board of directors of the district. (2) "District" means the Bastrop County Water Control and Improvement District No. 2. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1277, Sec. 1, eff. April 1, 2005.
